Added additional data fields to the Cover Sheet Debug.csv
What: Measure Version ID, Measure Name, Offering ID, Offering Description, Measure Application Type, and Delivery Type
Where: The “debug.csv” file in the “Source” folder of the Cover Sheet download package.
Why: The additional field allow users to easily parse and filter the debug data to recreate the Cover Sheet calculation and/or perform their own analysis.
Copy forward the user-entered coversheet data to new minor version drafts
When a measure developer creates a minor draft to continue measure update within a release cycle, previously entered cover sheet information is now copied to the new draft, eliminating the need to re-enter the same data.
Improved the error feedback when users upload invalid MPD files
When uploading an MPD file with an encoding error (i.e., non-ASCII characters), the eTRM now returns a more user-friendly message that identifies the presence of an encoding error and the line where the error occurred.
