Support measure development, analysis, and planning and minimize the manual processes required during development by establishing a live CET engine (e.g., a CET replica OR a live connection to CEDARS) within the eTRM to:
1) calculate the cost-effectiveness in real-time
2) link results back the measure package with all input information
3) and perform measure, program, portfolio cost-effectiveness what-ifs analysis.
This reduces the manual step required when developing measure packages, along with the associated potential errors, and allows users to do what-ifs analysis on the cost effectiveness.
