Cover sheet - add cover sheet fields to eTRM such that a separate cover sheet document does not need to attached to the measure before submitting to CPUC.
Some fields are already in eTRM.
Some fields may be calculated and not needed to be entered.
Cover sheet could be a separate tab for a measure (in front of the characterization tab, for example)
Consider data entry form to for PA to enter data.
Determine if cover sheet information should be added to the PDF download.
Make these fields required to be entered when going to CPUC review.
Add ability for the eTRM to generate a workpaper revision history by parameter.
Would be good if all users had visibility.
Willl work along with redlines to illustrate other changes. Does not necessarily need to be redlined, integration with the coversheet effor can change how this is diplayed, only show the parameters that changed in a tabular format.
Display: Questions about how we would display this information (csv vs display screen).
It could be like comparing products on an online marketplace.
Perhaps add toggle to show/hide or select level of details.
Compare on/off would be helpful. Make it as a comparison mode.
Create a way to easily display a summary of all changes between versions when initally accessing the measure.
Add the ability for a measure contributor to publicly turn on/off coversheet comparisons, the comparisons would then be accessible through the measure development activity report, they do not need to be shown in the report but linked somehow.
