Update the existing Measure Development Report to:

  • tracks more granular timeline during measure development and review process

  • Update so “resubmitted to CPUC” does not overwrite "Submitted to CPUC" date

  • provide more data users may be interested in (e.g., measure dev firm, current status, etc, target dates)

  • allow more rows and columns customization for users to select the fields they are interested in

  • enable data extraction for customized report and visualization

    Flag measures that hits road blocks (ie sitting in 1 status for a long time):
    Extension of Measure Development Dashboard. Flag measures that are “stuck” and have been sitting in development and/or review for too long to help identify roadblocks, collaborate solutions, and identify next steps. See R17 and R49.

    Aging measures list and communication:
    Extension of Measure Development Report and/or Dashboard. Create a report listing aging measures in development to help flag measures or tasks that may need more attention. This information can be used to generate persistent reminder notifications for whoever is assigned the next development step and avoid delays. See R17 and R57
