Updated Technology Type CPUC Support Table sync script to include 6 new columns
What: “Is Exempt”, “Has Electric Alternative”, “Has Refrigerant”, “Has Refrigerant Alternative”, “Uses Electric”, and “Uses Gas”
Why: Enhancement was in response to the table update in DEER.
Updated the eTRM CET Integration to incorporate 3 new Gas Impact Profile IDs
What: “Annual-FuelSub-ToElec”, “SummerOnly-FuelSub-ToElec”, and “WinterOnly-FuelSub-ToElec”
Where: The internal codebase lookup dictionary used to map eTRM permutation values to CET values. This dictionary supports the eTRM–CET integration, enabling users to download a preformatted CET input file to run in CEDARS. The update ensures the new IDs are correctly converted and mapped from eTRM permutations to the CET input file. This enhancement has no effect on the measure package, as new IDs are automatically synchronized with CPUC Support Tables and the Shared Data Library through the existing nightly eTRM–DEER integration.

Permutations Update: Remove DEER Measure ID and Populate Restricted Perm Flag
Remove expired or invalid “DEER Measure ID” from active measures to prevent validation errors in claims.
Updated the “Restricted Permutation Flags” field for new construction, residential or commercial non-exempt gas measures in response to the gas avoided cost correction in CET v24.3.
Resolved blank permutations error for SWCA001-04
