Updated the eTRM CET Integration to incorporate 4 new Gas Impact Profile IDs

• What: “Summer Only”, “Summer Only-FuelSub-ToElec”, “Winter Only”, “Winter Only-FuelSub-ToElec”

• Where: The internal codebase lookup dictionary used to map eTRM permutation values to CET values. This dictionary supports the eTRM–CET integration, enabling users to download a preformatted CET input file to run in CEDARS. The update ensures the new IDs are correctly converted and mapped from eTRM permutations to the CET input file. This enhancement has no effect on the measure package, as new IDs are automatically synchronized with CPUC Support Tables and the Shared Data Library through the existing nightly eTRM–DEER integration.

  

• Why: The four new IDs, effective as of 1/1/2026, are corrections to the existing “WinterOnly” and “SummerOnly” IDs in DEER and eTRM. The new IDs include a space between “Winter/Summer” and “Only” to align with CEDARS labeling conventions and resolve data discrepancies between eTRM/DEER and CET. This change reflects a decision by the Measure Package and Reporting Working Group to adopt CEDARS labels.
