The CPUC-approved workpapers and associated measures can be found on the Deemed Measure Archive - CEDARS. The workpapers found at this website were approved by the CPUC through the end of 2021.

As of 2021, CPUC Resolution E-5152 designated the eTRM as the “data source of record” for “EE measure information approved for EE planning and reporting for PY2021 and beyond.” Please visit the eTRM for the approved statewide deemed measures library.
