Release 3.0

Taking assignment of and updating measure package at the Release Cycle level

Affected users: Admin and measure developers

Features: Measure developers can now take assignment of and update each release cycle independently. For example, SWFS010-05-1, "05" would be the release cycle. With this release, the user must navigate to a specific Release Cycle before they can take assignment, and another user (e.g., CPUC admin) can take assignment of another Release Cycle within the measure package.

Tracking workflow status at the Release Cycle level

Affected users: Measure contributors

Features: Workflow statuses (e.g., "Draft", "Manager Review", "Submitted to CPUC", "CPUC Review", etc.) are now tracked at the individual release cycle. For example, "SWFS010-05" can have a status of "Manager Review" while "SWFS010-04" can be started with the status of "Draft". User must now select the Release Cycle before adding a measure log entry or Release Cycle.

UI changes to the Dashboard Home Page, Version History, and Measure Log

Features: The two enhancements above both involve UI changes when viewing the Dashboard Home Page, Version History, and Measure Log
