Release 3.1
Update to the Cover Sheet and Compare Version Tool
Affected users: All users
Features: The Cover Sheet and the Compare Version tool are summary pages that help measure developers, measure reviewers, and the general base users quickly identify how the data changes from a measure update. This enhancement includes various modifications and additions to make these tools more intuitive, convenient, and comprehensive of various measure update scenarios. See the eTRM - User Guide for more information on the Cover Sheet tool.
Updated the calculation methodology of the Cover Sheet from weighted average to simple average to be more intuitive and to better portray the changes in the raw measure impacts (without external factors). The weighted average – calculated using the DEER Building Weights – is still available in the Offering ID level download or from the Compare Versions Tool.
Updated the calculation methodology of “Second Baseline” to only include the 'accelerated replacement' (AR) measure application type (MAT) permutations. Previously, the eTRM averaged all the Second Baseline permutations which erroneously skewed the average toward 0 if measure has multiple MATs.
Added “Existing Baseline” calculations to provide information on if and how the existing baseline changes between versions, and “Standard Baseline” calculation to provide information on if and how code or industry standard practice baseline changes between versions.
Removed “Lifecycle Net kWh – Fuel Sub only” field from the Cover Sheet to reduce cluttering. Field can be calculated from the RACC-FSC tool.
Added Offering ID level view to the webpage and added filters to allow users to filter for specific offerings and/or impact fields to analyze, without having to download data to an external application.
Note that this enhancement will update all the existing Cover Sheets to the new calculation methodology and design.

Resolve a line-breaking formatting issue for measure log entries.
Affected users: Admin and measure contributors
Features: Measure log entries that have very long non-break text (e.g., a URL) were vertically misaligned with the other log entry boxes (due to the long text not fitting within the width of the box object) when viewing the measure log main page. This release deployed a fix for that formatting issue. No content or function was affected.
